ORDER
The petitioner has submitted an application on 12.06.2023 for legal heir certificate for his deceased father and has filed this writ petition that his application has not been considered.
2.Learned Special Government Pleader submitted that enquiry has already been completed and that orders would be passed on the petitioner's application within a reasonable time.
3.In view of the above submissions, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to take a decision on the petitioner's application and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Index :
