The prayer in these writ petitions is to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuance of impugned eviction notice dated 15.06.2026 passed by the 4th respondent through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1283/2021/A3, and quash the same and consequently direct the 4th respondent not to disturb the petitioners' physical possession of residential house at S.No.198, Malvaarpatti, Vedasanthur Taluk, Dindigul District till the disposal of the appeals pending before the 1st respondent.

It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that as against the rejection of the orders passed by the District Collector for issuance of patta, the petitioners have filed appeals before the 1st respondent and pending those appeals, the authorities are trying to evict them. Hence, these writ petitions.

3. Learned counsel for State, on instructions, would submit that the encroachments in the subject survey number have already been removed and nothing survives in these writ petitions.
4. In such a view of the matter, it is for the petitioners to work out their remedy in the pending appeals. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed.
