[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The judgment of a Division Bench of this Court dated 07.01.2014 made in W.A.(MD) No.1351 of 2013, confirming the order of a Single Judge of this Court dated 28.11.2013 made in W.P.(MD) No.19259 of 2013 is sought to be reviewed in the present review application.

2. The writ petition was instituted by the review petitioner challenging the marks awarded in the Teachers Eligibility Test. Since the writ petition was dismissed, the review petitioner preferred a writ appeal. The Division Bench considered the issues and made a finding that there was delay and laches on the part of the review petitioner. 2/4

3. When the writ petition as well as the writ appeal was dismissed on the ground of delay and laches, this Review Application filed to review the judgment of this Court is not entertainable. Consequently, this Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
