ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents from passing detention order against the petitioner's younger son namely, Yuvaraj Son of M.Krishnasamy, aged 38 now confining at Central Prison, Trichy in connection with the case in Crime No.298 of 2022 on the file of the fourth respondent by detaining him under the preventive Detention more particularly under Tamil Nadu Act No.14 of 1982.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of this petition, Act 14 of 1982 was imposed against the petitioner' son and he was secured and thereafter, the same was quashed by this Court. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. 2/4

3.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
