The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of proceedings in Na.Ka.P6/3229/2026 initiated based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2026.

2. In the representation dated 22.01.2026, the petitioner has stated to rectify the error which crept in during UDR survey. The learned Counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the same is pending with the District Revenue Officer.

3. Therefore, the first respondent/ District Revenue Officer is directed to complete the enquiry and dispose of proceedings in Na.Ka.P6/3229/2026 based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.01.2026 and pass orders on its own merits, after issuing notice to the petitioner, respondents 3 to 8, as well as the rival claimants, if any, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
