ORDER

The present review application has been filed seeking to review the order of this Court, dated 03.04.2013 made in C.M.A(MD)No.295 of 2012.

2. After extracting the arguments on either side, this Court without assigning any reason whatsoever, has dismissed the appeal in paragraph no.7 of the order. Reason is the soul of an order. When there are no reason, it clearly falls within the purview of error apparent on the face of the record. This Court finds that all the ingredients under Order 47 Rule 1 are satisfied.

3. Hence, this Review Application stands allowed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is restored to file.
