ORDER

This petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation from the file of the 3rd respondent to the file of some other Agency or Officer, on the basis of the representation dated 23.07.2021. 2.The case of the petitioner is that based upon the complaint given by her, a case in Crime No.466 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b) and 506 (i) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003 has been registered. But, in spite of the aforesaid registration of the FIR, no progress has been made in the investigation. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has been completed, the closure report is also made ready and RCS notice has also been served upon the petitioner on 26.10.2021 and it was closed as mistake of fact.

4.However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that signature has been obtained by the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16434 of 2021 police in a blank paper, without intimating the reason. 5.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the photographs show that the petitioner has signed.

6.Whatever it may be, now the complaint has been closed and therefore, the petitioner has to workout her remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceeding as no more consideration or direction is required in this matter. 7.By giving the aforesaid liberty, this petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
