ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the respondent to complete the trial process and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.1194 of 2019, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506 (ii) of IPC. Now, the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the case has been registered on 18.12.2019, no progress has been made and so far no witness has been examined.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that within 2 months, investigation will be completed and the final report will be filed before the concerned Court.

4.The offences alleged are very simple in nature. Considering the nature of offences that has been alleged, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16426 of 2021 the final report within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing the final report before the concerned Court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.
