The petitioner has moved this application with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing her.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that they have not harassed the petitioner. The petitioner's husband is involved in a case in crime No.113 of 2025, for which, he was arrested on 20.05.2025. He further submits that he has been detained under Act 14 of 1982. Since the respondent police has arrested the petitioner's husband in connection with Crime No.113 of 2025 and detained him under Act 14 of 1982, the petitioner has made a bald allegation against the respondent police that they are harassing the petitioner. The petitioner is not an accused and not involved in any criminal case. Hence, there is no necessity to enquire the 2/4

petitioner and to harass her.
