ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate Police Protection to the petitioner and the petitioner's family members and the petitioner's property.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent police and the same is still pending.

3.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint after issuing notice to the petitioner, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
