ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 1/4

528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.5 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent police as per the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is made ready. Hence, he seeks one week time to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file a charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
