This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to secure the accused Tamilan @ Murugasen for executing the sentence imposed by the V Additional District Judge, Madurai in Crl.A.No.43 of 2014 dated 20.04.2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
