This petition is filed seeking to quash FIR in Crime No.128 of 2022, dated 27.04.2022 on the file of the 1st Respondent. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, on 03.06.2022 and the same is taken cognizance in CC.No.684 of 2022.

3.Since final report has been filed before the concerned Court, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. Hence, the matter has become infructuous. But, however, if the petitioner aggrieved by the contents of the final report, he shall work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4.With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
