O R D E R
The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw the case in O.S.No.52 of 2022 on the file of District Munsif Court, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District, and transfer the same to District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai.
2.The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that on instruction, he has no objection for allowing the petition. 3.Recording the same, this Court is inclined to transfer O.S.No.52 of 2022 from District Munsif Court, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District, to District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai. The District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam, Madurai shall endeavour to bring closure to the dispute between the parties within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
