The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing Respondent Nos.4 to remove the encroachments made by Respondent No.5 in survey No.218/16 situated Therku Theru Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District and consequently directing the Respondents to establish a Veterinary Dispensary at Therku Theru Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District as per G.O.Ms.No.2 Department of Animal 2/4

Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries (AH3) dated 04.01.2017, issued by the first respondent.

Heard Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.G.V.Vairam Santhosh, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.S.Kumar, learned counsel for the 5th respondent.
