[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This review application has been instituted to review the order of a Division Bench of this Court dated 17.02.2014 made in W.A.(MD) No.183 of 2014, confirming the order of a Single Judge of this Court dated 06.12.2023 made in W.P.(MD) No.18747 of 2013.

2. The writ appeal was dismissed mainly on the ground that the interview for selection was conducted on 02.09.2011 and the writ petition was filed in November, 2013, after a lapse of two years. This being the reason for rejection of the writ appeal, the grounds now raised in the present review application cannot be considered. Consequently, this Review Application stands dismissed.
