ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to give suitable police protection to the writ petitioner for fencing his property in S.F.No.606/1B3 measuring 2.22 acres situated in Vaiganallur South Village, Kulithalai based on the representation dated 13.07.2024.

2. Mr.P.Kottai Chamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that survey was 2/6

made and only on the basis of the survey, when the writ petitioner was attempting to put up fencing stones, the private respondents have interfered and broken the fencing stones.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, he was directed to appear before them for enquiry and he appeared and has given a statement that no further action is necessary since he is going to take action through Court.

5. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner would submit that the third respondent may be directed to consider the writ petitioner's complaint regarding taking of the fencing stones by the private respondents.

6. Considering the above, the third respondent is hereby directed to consider the writ petitioner's complaint dated 13.07.2024 and take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
