C O M M O N O R D E R The learned Counsel for the Petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15748 of 2022 is the Counsel for the Respondents 2 to 4 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No. 15750 of 2022. Similarly, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.15750 of 2022 is the Counsel for the Respondents 2 and 3 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15748 of 2022.

2.It is the submission of the learned Counsels for the Petitioners in both cases that both the cases had arose out of a conflict in the village. After the registration of the FIRs, the parties to the dispute had entered into a compromise based on the advise of the elders in the village. Joint Compromise Memos in both cases, respectively, are filed.

3.In the light of the fact that the parties to the dispute have arrived at compromise on their own volition with the advise of the elders, the Joint Compromise Memos are recorded. 4.In the light of the Joint Compromise Memos, these Criminal Original Petitions are allowed and the FIRs in Cr.Nos.105 and 106 of 2022 pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Samayanallur 3/5

Police Station, Madurai District, are quashed. The Joint Compromise Memos shall form part of this order.
