ORDER

It is noticed that the petitioner had already filed W.P.(MD) No.19534 of 2021 and the same was dismissed on 15.12.2021. Pursuant to the above said order of this Court, a public auction was held by the third respondent and one Kuppusamy was declared as highest bidder, from whom, the property has been leased subsequently. 2.Considering the above said facts, I do not find any reason to keep this Writ Petition pending. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
