ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to receive and accord approval to Form -VI and For -VII submitted for the year 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 by the petitioner on 27.09.2021. 1/3

2. It is the grievance of the petitioner that when he presented Form-VI and Form-VII for the year 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 for approval, the same has not been received by citing the pendency of W.P(MD).No.18660 of 2019.

3. Since this Court, by order dated 08.08.2024, dismissed the petition in W.P(MD).No.18660 of 2019, there is no impediment for the respondent to receive such Form. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to receive the petition mentioned Form and accord approval for the same in accordance with law.
