PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, to direct the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, PCR Act Cases, Dindigul District to consider the petitioners' bail application on merits on the date of surrender on the same day in Crime No. 180/2022 on file of the Inspector of Police, Ayakudi Police Station, Dindigul District.

ORDER
The Petitioners have filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking for a direction to the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, PCR Act Cases, Dindigul District to consider the petitioners' bail application on merits on the date of surrender on the same day in Crime No.180/2022 on file of the Inspector of Police, Ayakudi Police Station, Dindigul District. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Crl.), who takes notice for the Official Respondent/s. 2/6
3.The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the alleged occurrence took place on 18.06.2022. Only with an intention to harass the petitioners, an FIR had been lodged and hence, the petitioners seek indulgence of this Court to direct the learned Special Judge, Special Court for the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act cases, Dindigul District, to pass appropriate orders on surrender of the petitioners. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.) appearing for the Official Respondents submits that there is no injury to any of the complainants. 5.Considering the submission of the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the Official Respondents, the petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Special Judge, Special Court under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act cases, Dindigul District, within a period of fifteen
(15) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such surrender, the learned Special Judge, Special Court under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled 3/6
