2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in a similar case arising out of the same impugned order, this Court has condoned the delay and the writ appeal is pending in W.A.(MD) No.982 of 2025. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay in the present case also.

3. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 43 days in filing the above writ appeals is condoned.

4. Registry is directed to number the writ appeals, if the papers are otherwise in order, and post the same for admission along with W.A.(MD) No.982 of 2025.
