O R D E R
*********** Mr.R.Babu Jeganath, learned Counsel on record for the sole writ petitioner, adverting to the earlier proceedings dated 11.11.2021, submits that he has got instructions from the writ petitioner and seeks leave / permission of this Court to withdraw the captioned writ petition, but makes a fervent plea to take out a new writ petition after arraying all necessary / proper parties. 2.Learned Counsel on record for the writ petitioner has made an endorsement in the case file to the following effect: "This writ petition is withdrawn with a request for liberty to file fresh writ application by impleading private respondents."
[Extracted as such] 3.Captioned main writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, albeit preserving the rights of the writ petitioner in the aforesaid manner. Captioned Writ Miscellaneous Petition (impleading petition) is disposed of as closed as the same has now become unnecessary. There shall be no order as to costs.
4.To be noted, impleading petitions are normally not taken on file in the admission board without leave of the Court. The Registry shall bear this in mind in the days to come.
