The Division Bench had allowed the writ appeal by following the earlier order passed by this Court. In any case, we do not find any error apparent on the face of the order, dated 23.08.2013 passed in W.A.(MD) No.905 of 2013. That apart, it is informed to us that the order has been complied with and the benefits have been given to the petitioner.

2. In view of the above, this review application stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
