This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 21.02.2023 made in W.P(MD).No.3394 of 2023.

2. This Court, vide order dated 21.02.2023, directed the contemnor/first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.11.2022, pursuant to which, the respondent has rejected the representation of the petitioner vide G.O(2D).No.101, Environment, Climate Change and Forest (FR.2.ii) Department, dated 08.05.2023. Hence, there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent.
