O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The writ of Mandamus has been instituted to direct the respondents to the third respondent to supervise the digging process in sides of the road belonging to the third respondent and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action against the officials of the third respondent, who are all not supervising digging process, based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.07.2025. 2.The learned Counsel for the Municipality would submit that the Municipality employees are frequently attempting to complete the digging process, but the petitioner is preventing the Municipal employees from completing the work.

3.In any event, the municipal authorities are bound to complete the works without causing any undue delay. Since it may create inconvenience to the people of that locality, proper supervision under the control of the higher officials of the municipality is paramount important. Thus, the third respondent shall initiate all efforts to ensure that the project is completed, if necessary with the assistance of the police, as expeditiously as possible.
4.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
