This Appeal Suit is filed as against the judgment and decree passed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Thiruchirapalli in O.S.No.16 of 2013, dated 30.06.2015.

2.Today(01.03.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
