ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.579 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police as per the time stipulated by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that 5 witnesses have already been examined and seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.579 of 2021 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
