PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to remove the name of the fourth respondent from the electricity service 1/4

connection book Vide No.230-002-1813, situated at Thirumalai Modern Rice Mill at Ariyamangalam, Trichy City and on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 12.03.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.B.Jameel Arasu For R1 to R3 : Mr.S.Deenadhayalan Standing Counsel For R4 : No Appearance O RDER This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 12.03.2021, wherein the petitioner has sought for removal of the name of the fourth respondent from the electricity service connection book. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner, dated 12.03.2021 after affording 2/4

opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and convey the decision to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
