Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents to consider my representation dated 06.02.2024, 09.01.2025 and direct the respondents to accord senior grade, special grade and associate professor grade emoluments to the petitioner.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the Librarian working in the 4th respondent college, seeking a mandamus to consider his representations dated 06.02.2024 and 09.01.2025 and direct the respondents to grant senior grade, special grade and associate professor grade emoluments to the petitioner

2. A perusal of the typed set of papers reveal that the petitioner has given a representation to the 4th respondent on 06.02.2024. However, so far no orders have been passed by the 4th respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Considering the above said facts, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.02.2024 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
