ORDER

This petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry upon the complaint dated 26.07.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based upon the complaint given by this petitioner, enquiry is underway in C.P.No.G3/27708/2021 by the 2nd respondent and summon has been issued to both parties on 11.10.2021 and again on 16.10.2021 and now, the enquiry is pending. 3.Since the prayer itself is to conduct the enquiry, the same is undertaken by the 2nd respondent. So, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition.
