ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the encroachment made by the 5th respondent in the petitioner's own land comprised in S.No.58/2A2 situated at Chinna Ulagani Village, Kallikudi Taluk, Madurai District, within a time frame.

2. Since the property is not a public property, it is not for the respondents to take any action. It is for the petitioner to move the Civil 2/4

Court for getting appropriate orders for removing the encroachers. With the liberty preserved, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
