This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Principal District Court, Thanjavur to dispose off the suit for partition in O.S.No.156 of 2021, within a reasonable time frame.
2.Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3.The petitioner is the fifth defendant in the suit filed by the first respondent in O.S.No.156 of 2021, on the file of the Principal District Court, Thanjavur. The said suit is a declaration suit. 4.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein is a cancer patient and therefore, he prays for a direction to the Principal District Court, Thanjavur, to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit at the earliest.
5.In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Principal District Court, Thanjavur, to dispose of the suit in 2/5
O.S.No.156 of 2021, within a period of one [1] year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
