The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents 2 to 5 to act subject to the result of the suit in O.S.No.7 of 2016 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk, Madurai to stop the illegal construction of the building in the disputed properties.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as 2/4

withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
