ORDER
This Petition is disposed of at the time of admission, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent No.3.
2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to dispose the appeal, which is filed by the petitioner on 29.04.2025.
3. The petitioner has challenged the order of the second respondent, bearing reference in Mu.Mu.M.R/1861/2025, dated 05.04.2025, before the first respondent.

4. The petitioner, aged about 60 years, executed a settlement deed on 19.08.2024 in favour of the fourth respondent, who is none other than her son.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a senior citizen, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on its own merits, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to state, the fourth respondent shall be afforded an opportunity of hearing before disposing of the said appeal.
