ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 23.02.2023 made in W.P(MD)No.3772 of 2023, wherein this Court has directed the second respondent to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 09.01.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate brings to the notice of the Court that an order has been passed by the second respondent on 06.12.2023 disposing of the representation of the writ petitioner. The same is recorded.
