This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.24 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner settled the entire matter between the respondent and the proceedings in S.T.C.No.24 of 2018 is disposed of before the learned Judicial Magistrate (FTC), Pattukkottai, Thanjavur District.

4. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
