JEGADEESHAPANDIAN.V.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10141 of 2024, dated 09.07.2024. 1/3

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is complying the condition only for six days.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in hospital and taking treatment and prayed the condition to be relaxed.

4. In view thereof, after discharge from the hospital, the petitioner shall comply with the condition for a period of two weeks and thereafter the condition will be deemed to be relaxed.
