O R D E R

The present petition has been filed by the first accused in C.C.No. 1095 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, seeking to quash the charge sheet.

2.Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise, wherein, the de-facto complainant is agreed for quashing the charge sheet against the petitioners. The de-facto complainant was present in person before this Court on 11.03.2026 and submitted that she had entered into a compromise and she has no objection for quashing the charge sheet as against all the three accused.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts, the charge sheet in C.C.No.1095 of 2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, stands quashed as 2/4

against all the three accused. The Criminal Original Petition stands allowed.
