ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.24 of 2024 and file the charge sheet before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul District within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.24 of 2024 as Girl Missing and subsequently the case was altered into for the offences under Sections 366 and 109 IPC and Sections 5(l), 5(n) r/w 6 of POCSO Act and that they have already completed investigation and are awaiting for the opinion of the Public Prosecutor.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to file a final report in Crime No.24 of 2024 before the jurisdictional Court, 2/4

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
