direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.40 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the investigation that was undertaken by the respondents, it was found that no offence is made out and the complaint has been filed without any proper particular and also with untrue facts. So, on that ground it was closed on 30.08.2015 as 'action dropped' and the report was also filed before the concerned Magistrate and RCS notice was also sent to the defacto complainant address, namely, Salethmary, W/o. Late.Manoharan, Door No.3/1, Lascut Road, Kodaikanal. But it came to be returned as 'no such address'.
3.Now the present petitioner is the grandson of the above said Saleth Mary. Since final report has already been filed as 'action dropped', the complainant has to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. If the petitioner has not received RCS notice sofar, he can get a copy from the Public Prosecutor office or from the concerned Magistrate Court. The respondent may also serve fresh notice to the petitioner's grandmother namely Saleth Mary.

4.With the above said directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
