ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner was granted bail in Crl.M.P.No.1647 of 2023, on 28.03.2023 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District @ Srivilliputhur with some conditions. CRL OP(MD). No.13853 of 2023 bail in Crl.M.P.No.2780 of 2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Aruppukottai and the same was cancelled. Now, seeking anticipatory bail this petition has been filed before this Court.
2.Once the bail granted is cancelled, there is no question of granting anticipatory bail. The petitioner has to surrender before the concerned Court and seek regular bail.
