This petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2017 on the file of the second respondent herein to the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2017 and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani on 30.03.2017.
