ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'EXTENSION OF TIME FOR LOWER COURT' and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 14.09.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Madurai in D.No.1180 dated 19.06.2024 seeking further extension of three months to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.1891 of 2023, this Court made the following Order:

The matter is listed as per the memo of the Trial Court. Originally by an order dated 14.09.2023, this Court had directed the Trial Court to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.1891 of 2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. As per the memo, now it is stated that the trial has commenced and two original petitions are being tried jointly and further three months time is prayed for by the Trial Court.
