Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the the respondents to conduct survey, measure and fix the four boundaries in respect of the petitioner above said property comprised in S.No.204/3B4 and 207/1A1C and also 205/1A situated at Siramelkudi Village, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District on the basis of the petitioner application and challan dated 13.09.2021 within the frame stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The grievance expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though the Tahsildhar of Pattukotti Taluk, Thanjavur District who is shown as the first respondent has fixed 29.09.2021 at 2.30pm. as date and time to conduct enquiry with regard to the representation given by the petitioner dated 13.09.2021, the Tahisldhar never turned up in his office for conducting enquiry. This has constrained the petitioner to move the present writ petition.

In view of the same, a direction is given to the first respondent to take assistance of the second respondent/Taluk Surveyor, Pattukottai Taluk Office to conduct survey, measure and fix the four boundaries with respect of the land of the petitioner in S. No.204/3B4, 207/1A1C and 205/1A at Siramelkudi Village, Pattukottai Talu, Thanjavur District. If there are any rival claimants and if it is required, neighbors shall be issued with notice and such enquiry shall be completed within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
