ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents.

2. Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the private respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner opposes setting up of mobile phone tower in the petition mentioned building. The learned Special Government Pleader states that enquiry in this regard is already pending. The first respondent shall put the petitioner on notice before passing final order. This writ petition is dispose of. No costs.
