JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsels for both parties appeared before this Court and submitted that a memo has been filed on behalf of the appellant stating that the appellant and the respondents have entered into compromise, while the case was referred to Lok Adalath by the Execution Court in E.P.No.131 of 2010 in O.S.No.327 of 2003 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Kumbakonam.
