ORDER

The present transfer civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to transfer I.A.No.1 of 2022 in H.M.O.P.SR.No.3999 of 2022 from Sub Court, Kulithalai, Karur to the Family Court, Trichy. 1/4

2. The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions submits that the respondent has no objection for transferring the case from Sub Court, Kulithalai, Karur to the Family Court, Trichy. However, it is requested that since the respondent is working in Chennai, his personal appearance may be dispensed with unless the Court directed to appear.

3. Recording the above submission, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

I.A.No.1 of 2022 in H.M.O.P.SR.No.3999 of 2022 is directed to be transferred from Sub Court, Kulithalai, Karur to the Family Court, Trichy.. The personal appearance of the respondent stands dispensed with for regular hearing. However, the respondent shall appear as and when the Court directs the respondent to appear before the Court. The Family Court, Trichy shall endeavour to complete the proceedings preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
