PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent made in Na.Ka.3043/2020/A5 dated 14.09.2020 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the 3rd respondent to issue a patta in the light of the G.O.Ms.No. 318 in respect of property in Survey No. 363/21 situated at Rajendram Village, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District in favour of the petitioner. ORDER

The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.3043/2020/A5 dated 14.09.2020 and to direct the third respondent to issue patta in the light of G.O.Ms.No.318 in respect of property in S.No.363/21 at Rajendram Village, Thiruvaiyaru Taluk, Thanjavur District in favour of the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has agreed to purchase the house site at the market value.

3. Therefore, the respondents shall fix the price and convey the same to the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall pay the amount and on such payment, the sale deed be executed. The Writ Petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
