This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11306 of 2023 dated 23.06.203.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that within a week from the order of anticipatory bail from this Court, FIR in Crime No.327 of 2023 was registered against the petitioner and six others and the petitioner is shown as first accused.
3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
4. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
